What We Check
All of our inspections are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and typically take approximately 2 to 4 hours to complete. At the end of the inspection, we review the major findings and key observations with the client and answer any questions they may have.
A detailed electronic inspection report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection, usually on the same day. Our reports include clear photographs of identified deficiencies and, where appropriate, practical recommendations to help clients better understand the condition of the property and potential next steps.
